Shipping

Yes, we offer world-wide shipping to any country

We ship Monday through Friday, within 24- 48 hours of receiving payment for credit cards, PayPal and Bitcoin purchases. International bank transfer payments can sometimes take longer to show in our bank account and therefore can take a little bit longer to dispatch

Shipping costs can vary depending on the location and urgency of the shipment. At checkout, you’ll see your shipping options, and the time it will take to arrive.

At checkout, customers can choose our Premium Shipping option.

We use a variety of qualified shipping companies and postal partners for fast delivery. Our preferred shipping partner is Parcel Force

All our orders are shipped with Tracking, you can either choose Standard Shipping or Premium Shipping. Your options and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

 

Depending on where you are located, we either ship from the UK or the United States. The majority of our orders are shipped from the UK.

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us for a replacement to be sent to you.

It is the client’s responsibility to know the most appropriate peptide for their specific purposes. Obviously, we could not resell any returned item. We cannot replace an order unless the damage takes place during transit.

If you wish to change your shipping details, please get in touch with us a soon as possible, as once your order is in transit we cannot change the details you have provided until the goods are returned to us. Any reship fees that occur will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Protection

With Shipping Protection we guarantee delivery of your order it’s a simple as that. If your order is not received within 14 days from dispatch* we will resend your order. In the very unlikely event that your resent order is not received we will refund you.

*14 days for Premium Shipping, and 21 days for Tracked Shipping.

Customs

Customs procedures vary widely from country to country, and it is not our job to be familiar with them all. Research your country’s laws and regulations before ordering from Direct Sarms, as our research chemicals and peptides are not legal in all countries. After placing an order, you assume full responsibility for all applicable laws and regulations in your country.

If you chose our Shipping Protection option at checkout, we Guarantee Delivery of your order. If your order is stopped or returned to us because of customs issues, we will offer you a resend of your order.

Returns

Direct Sarms do not accept returns because of the nature of the products and the regulations that govern them. Mishandling our products can lead to premature degradation. Our customer service team will help you if you have any concerns about your purchase.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Direct Sarms. In the research peptide and Sarm industry, we hold ourselves accountable to a higher standard that, unfortunately, isn’t common.

Replacements will be sent out to customers who receive a damaged package at no additional cost. In addition, in the unlikely event that a package is misplaced/lost in transit, we will reship the same order at no extra cost to you.

If your order is returned to us because the shipping address was incorrect, we will reship your order if you give us a new correct address, but you will be responsible for paying the new shipping fees/costs.

Product Handling

No, we respect your privacy and send all order and packages unlabelled. They will also have a return address if required.

Our research chemicals are stored in a temperature-controlled environment at our storage facility.

Our peptides are manufactured to order to ensure the finest quality at state-of-the-art facilities located in Europe and United States. Both facilities are compliant with GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) and ISO 9001 certifications.

Please understand that we are a supply company, and we do not answer questions about the use or application of our products, you must do your own research.

The success of our company depends on your satisfaction and repeat business. Therefore, our products are made under the most stringent monitoring and controls. If any of our products fail to meet our purity guarantee, we will gladly replace your order at no cost to you.

Storage

To prevent absorption, we use a special type of glassware.

If the products are stored properly, they can last between two to five years.

Keep your products out of direct sunlight and in a cool, dry location. Before dissolving, products should be kept refrigerated

Our products are sold for research purposes only.

Orders

When you place an order online our system automatically generates a confirmation email. Please check your junk folder as sometimes conformation orders do get filtered as spam. Please get in contact with our customer support team if required.

If your order does not go through, you may need to clear your browser’s cache or switch browsers. As soon as you press the “Place Order” button, you’ll see a processing status bar appear. Orders are typically accepted within 30 seconds, depending on your internet speed. Customer service is available if the process takes longer than two minutes. Confirmation emails from us are automatically sent to your inbox, so you may need to check your spam/junk folders if you’ve completed an order and not received a confirmation email

Delivery times vary depending on your country of residency, but it can be between three and five days for Premium Shipping and ten to fourteen days for Standard Shipping.

We do not confirm payments because we receive a large number of orders every day. It would take too much time to respond to each and every order that is paid.

Please remember that the shipping times stated during checkout are ESTIMATES ONLY, and we cannot guarantee delivery within that time frame. While we strive to complete all orders within 24-48 hours, we have no control over an item once that leaves our facilities. If a significant delay occurs, we will work with you to resolve the issue, typically a discount on future orders or a partial refund of shipping fees. These are dealt with individually on a case-by-case basis.

Payments / Cancellations

When making payments please use your order number only and no other details as a reference during payment. This is very important as this allows us to link your order straight to your payment and eliminate any unwanted extra wait times.

We accept payments via bank transfer, bitcoin, PayPal and credit card (limited countries).

You will be asked which payment option you would like to use when you reach the checkout stage.

Bank Transfer: It is simple to make a bank transfer using your online banking or mobile banking app, or you can make the transfer in person at a branch location.

Please be sure that you have confirmed your order number.

Please keep in mind that if you pay into our account using another person’s bank account, such as your partner’s or friend’s account this can make it very difficult to reconcile the payment and confirm your order Therefore it is imperative that you put your order number as the payment reference.

Bitcoin: After you complete your order, a pop-up screen with a QR code should display; you can use this code to make the payment, or you can use the wallet address. Typically, it will take an hour before the order is confirmed, but it may take longer in some cases. If your screen has timed out, don’t worry, our system will complete the transaction as soon as our system has successfully processed the payment.

Credit card: We accept payment for orders using your credit or debit card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit card for orders from Australia. The maximum amount allowed for card payments is USD $300 as our card payment option settles in USD there may be a small currency conversion fee.

For Cyrpto payments we offer a 15% discount which is shown at the checkout. This is because it’s the cheapest way for us to accept payments and has the lowest form of administration.

The customer’s responsibility is to determine which peptide is best suited to their research needs before placing an order with our company. A product returned to us could not be resold due to the nature of our business and its surrounding health and safety regulations. Therefore, a replacement will only be issued if the product clearly shows signs of being damaged during transit, or is lost during transit

Cancellations will only be accepted if made prior to the order being dispatched from the warehouse.

Peptide FAQ's

HPLC determines peptide purity at 214nm, which measures how much of the target peptide is present in a peptide. At this point, the peptide bond is ruptured. Therefore, UV spectrometers do not have the capability of detecting salts or water remaining in the sample.  Impurities found after peptide production include deletion sequences, shortened sequences, and deprotected sequences. Our peptides are regularly third party tested to ensure 99% purity.

Freeze drying is referred to as lyophilization. Our peptides are shipped and stored in this state.  They can remain at room temperature for up to two years before needing to be reconstituted.

Peptide powder in the vial will often appear solid, but this can change due to shipping and handling. However, no harm will come to the purity of the peptide due to this.

There is nothing wrong with this, and it’s not a sign of bad quality, however, you have to give it some time to disappear. As an alternative, you can gently roll the vial between your fingers but do not shake it.

Store them in the refrigerator between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius when your peptides have been reconstituted. The peptides can be stored in a fridge for at least four weeks and remain in excellent condition. 

By their very nature, Peptides come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Although it is rare, a piece of the ‘cake’ will break while being transported. It is a typical occurrence and has no bearing on the product’s quality or effectiveness at all. In addition, proteins like LR3 have a larger overall size than GRF or GHRP.

Whether freeze-dried or reconstituted, peptides denature slightly with each defrost and refreeze cycle they undergo. As a result, it is best to avoid defrosting and refreezing as much as possible.

SARM FAQ's

No, our sarms are not reconstituted.  These also enable buyers to store them in the fridge at the right time.

The most popular way is to drop 10/20mg of powder in liquid and drink but can also be taken with sweet foods like Jam as the taste is bitter.

We send the products as samples, and all products are unlabelled. But it is up to the customer to understand the laws in their own country.
